My work
grew out of
my own search.
About Me
At the age of eighteen, I left Germany and spent ten years living, working, and learning abroad—in Australia, Indonesia, Denmark, India, Thailand, Italy, France, Switzerland, Japan, Kenya, and many other places that temporarily, or for longer periods, became home.
These years were not only an outward journey, but above all an inward one.
In the beginning, I was less interested in yoga and more deeply drawn to meditation. The central question for me was how I could calm my mind: How could I spend less time analysing the past and trying to control the future, and instead truly arrive in the present moment?
My first journey to India had a particularly profound impact on me. It opened something within me and guided me towards a deeper level of my own being.
During my studies in Denmark, I learned to work scientifically, methodically, and with clarity. Even though I enjoyed working in a multicultural and interdisciplinary setting, I became increasingly aware that I did not only want to understand people theoretically. I wanted to accompany them personally, directly, and deeply.
Through yoga teacher trainings, intensive meditation practice, nutritional counselling, and many years of inner exploration, I eventually found my way to positive psychology.
What touches me most about positive psychology is its view of the human being: not as someone who is lacking something, but as someone who already carries resources, strengths, and potential within.
For the past seven years, I have also been studying and practising traditional Tantra Yoga.
Tantra is often misunderstood in the West. In its deeper meaning, it is not about common clichés, but about awareness, presence, and the ability to recognise life—with all its experiences—as part of a greater whole.
Over the past few years, I have spent extended periods of time in ashrams, monasteries, and intensive practice environments. There were phases in which I practised for five to eight hours each day, temporarily withdrawing from the external, material world and reconnecting with the inner source that lies within each one of us. Through practices such as Hatha Yoga, Laya Yoga meditation, prolonged fasting, periods of silence, and Karma Yoga, my faith and my capacity to love grew immensely.
This time taught me to meet myself with ever greater honesty, to move more deeply into my own being, and to develop a closer connection with my true Self.
At the same time, I am someone who loves to work consciously towards meaningful goals—both inwardly and outwardly.
Through clarity, discipline, and consistent practice, I have experienced for myself that it is possible not only to change the circumstances of our lives, but also to create genuine inner transformation through consistency.
This connection between depth and concrete action deeply fulfils me: taking our desires seriously, embodying our intentions, and gradually creating a life that feels more aligned both within and without.
Today, I combine these personal experiences with grounded knowledge from positive psychology, humanistic coaching, yoga, tantra, meditation, and nutritional science.
My intention is to create spaces in which people can come closer to themselves again, beyond masks, pressure, and the feeling that they constantly have to function or meet the expectations of others. I would like to support you in developing greater trust, finding calmness, rediscovering your resources and strengths, and unfolding your potential in an authentic and fulfilling way. From this foundation, conscious steps towards genuine inner and outer transformation can emerge.
